Check the dice
Before the first roll of every game we publish the fingerprint of a secret seed. After the last roll we publish the seed itself. Together they fix every roll before it falls — and you can check that yourself, without taking our word for it.
Game 1

Check it yourself
Every roll is HMAC-SHA256(seed, binding ‖ number). Bytes from 252 upwards are thrown away so that all six faces stay equally likely; the rest is the remainder modulo six, plus one.
The anchor is a number that did not exist yet when the seed was sealed. It stops us from trying seed after seed until one suits us.
